State legislators claim that they don't want to discriminate against illegal immigrants so they are making Mexican IDs an acceptable form of ID in the state. I must have missed the meaning of the word "illegal" and "discriminate".

Now, will someone tell me, if integrity is so important...
why do people date someone who is married and cheating on their spouse and then, have the nerve to get pissed off if that same person ends up cheating on them or going back to their spouse?
Why do we expect high moral values for our signifigant others while making excuses for those not directly involved with us?
And, finally, who put the bop
in the bop shebop shebop? Who was that man?

With all of the furor about the judges who ruled that the Pledge of Allegiance was unconstitutional I thought that I would chime in. Go Figure...
While many are celebrating and many are cursing I thought it important to point out a process of integrity...I'll get to the other stuff in another posting thread...we have, in this country, something called due process. Also, we have something called the Constitution. We have judges who rule on constitutionality of various things that come to pass in this country. And, we have judges who rule on other judges descisions.
While many are up in arms over
this ruling against the Pledge of Allegiance. And, while many are voicing there
pleasure over the same. I remind you that regardless of how you feel on this
ruling that we should be thankful and proud. You should be pleased that we have
this furor and that could happen. We have a nation built on
solid principles and ideals. We have a nation of checks and balances that, while
it doesn't always work perfectly, is the best that this world has seen.
Thanks to men of integrity, we can have this debate.
Happy Independence Day!

Looks like we had another cop get carried away during the arrest of some kid. Now, it turns out that the kid is black and that the cop is white. And, of course, all of the black leaders and the political figures are up in arms wanting an investigation of this, obvious, "bigot and racist". Now, I am not defending the cops actions. I saw only a brief portion of the tape where the cop slammed the kid into the car. The short section that I saw was grounds for suspension, in my opinion. As for the rest of the tape...well, I haven't seen it. What bugs me is this instant attack of racism. They all accuse the cop of hating blacks because of what he did. Course, when a minority cop kills someone or roughs them up it was merely police brutality. You don't hear attacks against minority cops for being racists. Why is this double standard so prevelant? And, why doesn't anyone speak out about it? And, why does a white cop who roughed up a black kid get labeled as a racist? Couldn't the cop have just been really pissed off at the kid? Is it possible that the kid just said something that pissed off the cop? Well, hell, it doesn't really matter - it's just a meal ticket for some niggardly politician.
So many jackals....so few lions.

Notice how the media constantly is quick to label a crime committed on a black man by a white man as a hate crime? However, they do not do this when a black man commits a crime against a white man. In fact, they make no mention of possible racial bigotry.
Ever notice how they will label a bombing of a black church as an act of terrorism while they are not so quick to label a suicide bomber in Israel as an act of terrorism without a lot of research and proof?
Who is racially motivated here?

Ok.....so now the airlines are making really fat people pay for an extra seat if their girth exceeds the capacities of a single seat. This is, however, only on flights that are completely booked. On flights with open seats they are not being made to pay for an extra seat.
The fat lobby and the ACLU is up in arms and going after the airlines as if they were Satan over this. They are saying that fat folks are being discriminated against. What a bunch of morons! If this is true discrimination the airlines would charge them for the extra seat even if the flight were not fully booked. Furthermore, they would be charged by the pound and not by the seat. By their logic, Six Flags is discriminating agains these porkers by not making rides with seats that will fit them. If they did make wide enough seats, they could argue that Six Flags wants them dead, cause if they DID get on some of these rides they would expire in a most unsightly manner..KABOOM!!
If the airlines did not charge these fat people the extra cost for the seat on a flight that was full they would be losing potentially millions per year due to these grossly engorged people. Now, I am not going to say that we should discriminate against fat people. However, why should the airlines lose money for them? This is a capitalist society and they are trying to create money, not lose it. So, I say, to all you obese people...Suck it up and put forth the money if you want to fly. Too bad for you if it costs more money cause you take up more space. It's not their fault you don't fit. Don't make your limitations their burden or mine.
And, gimme back my cheeseburger!!

Maxine Waters...a bastion of honor and integrity was up in arms over the policeman in Ingelwood who slammed that kid into his police car. After further review it turns out that the kid was trying to grab the officers groin and going limp so that the cop had to pick him up while fending off a "frontal" attack. However, in GA some kid was run over by the cops who were tryin to catch him. That kid was hurt pretty badly and it was apparent that excess force was used to aprehend him and after he was caught. Maxine Waters was nowhere in sight. Turns out that it was a white kid. Now, Maxine Waters claims that she is against all police brutality. But, again, she had nothing to say about the latter incident. And she calls the cops racists?

Well, here we are again. September 11, 2002. The anniversary of one of the sadder days American history has known. Not the saddest, but very sad, nonetheless.
While you are out having your moment of silence, while you are watching all the remembrances on TV, while you are buying your new flag, while you are putting your decal on your car, your leaders are out there telling us that the airlines cant profile people who are likely to be terrorists. They are telling you that it is wrong and unfair.
Here is a little bit of profiling for you who was it that bombed a Marine barracks in Lebanon? Who was it that put a hole in an American destroyer? Who was it that killed a bunch of Israeli athletes who just wanted to perform in the Olympics? Who was it that put a hit on Salmon Rushde for writing a book? Who is it that is a constant threat of terror? Who is it that constantly bombs Israeli women and children? Who is it that pays the families of suicide bombers? Who is it that bombed the world trade center years before the planes were crashed into them? Who is it that perpetrates suicide bombing? Who is responsible for the majority of terrorist attacks over the last 20 years?
Lets see
could it be Muslims?
Are they from the Middle East? Are they generally men?
Are they usually between 14 and 40? YES!!
So, airport security stops an old white couple and searches them. They stop Ray Charles and search him. They stop a US Senator and search him. Airport security will say that this is so that they don't discriminate against anyone. Are they stupid? Our congressmen say that they want it done like that too. Why? Because they don't want discrimination!! And the liberal media and their ilk say that they want it this way too. Why - So that there is no discrimination. Are they stupid? Or are they assholes? I say both.
Profiling works!! Ask the Israeli airlines. It works. And I will tell you something else. I don't really want them pulling over Ray Charles to show us how even handed they are. He can't shoot you if you're quiet. Ray Charles will not fly a plane into a building not one that he is aiming at, any way!! Tell him that the bathroom is the cockpit he won't know it isn't til he flushes!
So, write a letter to your representative. Write a new screensaver. Write a slogan. Make a bumper sticker. And let it be known that we want profiling for terrorists. Tell them to leave Ray Charles alone. Tell them to leave that 80-year-old couple from Moline alone. Tell them to search the people who actually look suspicious. Tell them to pull there even handed heads out of their collective Asses and do what is necessary and right, not what is PC. Because if they don't we will have more and more incidents like September 11, 2001.
For those wondering
the saddest
day in American history was every day of the US Civil War, when brother fought
brother and father fought son.

Recently, In Los Angeles the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels was completed. The building of this cathedral ran $163 million. Cardinal Mahony of the Catholic Church is very proud of this huge building. We have another huge church called the Crystal Cathedral in Los Angeles. Now, I don't know how much this cost but it had to be rather high on the price chart.
Why? Why in the hell did they build these monstrously expensive cathedrals? What in hell happened to the idea of humble clergy? There is a passage in the Bible that reads, "It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God." Did the clergy forget this?
And did they forget that there are thousands of people out of work and with no shelter in Los Angels?
The Catholic Church claims to be leaders in morality and decency. They wage wars against abortion and various other public deeds yet they leach off of their followers and build ostentatious tributes to themselves.
So, the next time you are in Church and the hat is passed your way, think about where you really want your money to go. Do you want it to go to some child-molesting son of a bitch who wants for nothing, or do you want it to go to someone truly needy?
As for me, when they pass me the hat, I am keeping it.

Does anyone remember how the National Organization of Women was up in arms over Andrew Dice Clay's act? Do you remember how they protested him and everything he stood for? Do you remember how they hammered on Clarence Thomas over things that he allegedly said to Anita Hill? Or in Los Angeles when a high-ranking police official allegedly called Maxine Waters a bitch behind closed doors, do you remember the big furor she caused?
Now, where were these people when Bill Clinton admitted that he lied under oath about Monica Lewinski during the civil proceedings against him by Paula Jones? Where were these people when he cheated on his wife with Jennifer Flowers? Where are these people to protest Ice T and Ice Cube and all those other rappers who refer to women as bitches and whores? Where are they when these minorities or left wing politicians abuse their office or celebrity?
I'll tell you where they are. They are in their little house of hypocrisy counting the money that they get from protecting one side and not the other. They are in their little houses of lies.
Fact is that they don't care. They have an agenda to follow. That agenda is one sided. It is not one of right and wrong. It is an agenda of opposition. If you are on the right (politically) they will oppose you and commit character assassination, despite facts or truths. They are there to further their politics and pad their wallets. Right and wrong are notions that are so far from their minds that they, likely, don't understand what they mean.
And the interesting thing about it all is this most of these people who make these attacks promote left wing politics and are groups or people who try to get more money into social programs - not always, but more often than not.
So, the next time that you hear about NOW or any of their ilk. The next time you see someone on either side opposing another side and committing character assassination, ask yourself this What are they going to gain? Is their any evidence to support their claim? Where does their money come from?
You may see something as ugly
as the truth.

Well, it seems that North Carolina has it's own special breed of morons. Actually, they must have migrated there from Washington DC.
In Wilmington NC a teacher taught
her 4th grade class the meaning of the word "niggardly." Now, to most,
educated people this would seem rather harmless. However, to the parent of one
of the black kids in the class it was awful! It seems that this uneducated black
woman didn't like the word cause it sounded like the word "nigger."
What a moron! How do people like this uneducated black loser get beyond high
school?
But wait, it gets worse! The teacher was reprimanded by the school and ordered to write a letter of apology to the parent! And, Tannis Nelson, president of the NC PTA said that this incident shows the need for effective sensitivity training throughout the school system. What? Article: http://www.adversity.net/education_2_north_carolina.htm
What it shows is the need for effective education. It shows that people are too sensitive. It shows that one black chick is a moron and needed to get a better education. It shows that we are way too politically correct in our worries. It shows that the education system is niggardly in their dispensing of vocabulary words!! It shows that the NC PTA has its head up its ass and needs to be beheaded so smart people can take over the job.
By the way if you are one of the twits that thinks that you shouldn't use the word niggardly cause it sounds like nigger you better not use the following words or phrases cracker, honk, spick and span, snigger, chink in the armor, nippy, nip in the air, speck, Niger, bagel, eggo, degreaser, teaser.and many others that I am just too lazy to type.

Recently, a gun manufacturer was sued over the death of an individual who was shot and killed with one fo the guns that they manufactured. The grounds that they sued on and won under was that the gun manufacturer had not provided the safety feature of a lock that would prevent the gun from firing. This contributed to the death of an innocent person.
When you get down to the essentials of the verdict against the gun manufacturer it reduces the amount of responsibility from the person who fired it. Furthermore, it reduces the responsibility of the owner of the gun to properly control his weapon and who has access to it. And finally, it punishes the gun manufacturer for producing a gun which worked perfectly and operated exactly as it was designed.
Now, if you can apply these terms to firearms you can certainly apply them to other things. For instance cars. If someone drives their car into someone and kills them it can be argued that the car manufacturer is at fault for not providing a safety system that would prevent the car from killing people. It can be argued that the liqour companies are responsible for drunk drivers and are liable. If someone falls from a window in a high rise building it can be blamed on the buildings designer for making a building too tall. You can make the parents of a serial killer liable for raising their child to become a serial killer. Frankly, the applications are endless.
Sadly, we live in a time where personal responsibility is no longer part of life. It is always someone else's fault. And all for the sake of money and so that people can feel good about themselves. We are building a guiltless society that has no responsibility for the actions that they take...especially, since they can make money out of not being responsible.

So, this past veterans day the vets wanted to see the movie Tora! Tora! Tora!. However, LA City Officials barred the vets from showing the movie at a city-owned theatre. It was not until the veterans community rose up in outrage and called for "discriminatory action" against theatre officials that they relented. One of our council people named Janice Hahn made a statement that "I wanted to be very sensitive to the Japanese-American community."
Now, I must say...the movie is a fairly accurate depiction of what happened at Pearl Harbor...as I have been told ( I wasn't there, myself). Now, I must ask...since when is political correctness more important than the men and women who served this country? And why was Janice Hahn more concerned about Japanese people being upset than she was about our vets? Also, if historical movies are not sensitive to all cultures or they depict certain cultures in a bad light does that mean that they won't be shown for fear of offending someone? Are we going to re-write history so that no one gets hurt or offended or because the facts don't take the feelings of others into account?
Frankly, we should oust all of thse idiots who keep following the road of the pilitically correct. Janice Hahn..if you are on any ballot that I vote on you are an automatic "NO!"

In Kentucky they have had to release a bunch of felons from prison because they don't have enough money in their budget to keep them all. Now, according to the news it runs $128.76 to house each inmate per day.
Now, what I wanna know is how many of those inmates are jailed because of drug charges. How many of 'em are in jail for prostitution related crimes?
Maybe, if they legalized Mary Jane they wouldn't have so many inmates? Maybe they wouldn't have so many violent crimes. Maybe is weed were legal the government could tax it and make more money. Maybe we could even afford to lower taxes due to increases in revenue from weed sales. Maybe there would be less road rage cause people would be at home eatin fritos. Maybe there would be less alcoholics cause they would be smokin dope. And maybe there would be less drunk driving accidents cause no one wants to drive stoned and when they do they drive 5 miles per hour.
So, maybe a lot of these felons wouldn't be felons if we had realistic and intelligent laws regarding drugs. It's a shame that someone convicted of a crime can get out of jail early cause we can't afford to house them. No one should get out early if they are a convicted criminal. But then, we shouldn't criminalize something because it is "immoral". We should criminalize something because it infringes on someones rights, person or property. And so far, I have never heard of someone harming another persons rights because they were havin a dooby in their own home.

Good old Oakland California. Apparently the school system decided to stop teaching about the "R's" and decided to talk about the possibilities of war with Iraq. They had an ex-marine (who refused to go to Iraq) who is an anti-war crusader talk to the students and they showed some film about Palestinian kids and they had a member of a pro-Palestinian group speak to the kids. By the way the special curriculum was from kindergarten to high school.
Now, first of all, you don't get much more one sided than this. Hmm, an ex-Marine who refused to fight in Desert Storm smells like a deserter to me. Yeah, I want him talking to my kid. Then you show a film about the plight of Palestinian children. I imagine that they didn't show those children in their later years strapping bombs on their asses and killing innocent Israeli men, women and babies. Then you have a pro-Palestinian person talking to kids. Can you say "indoctrination?" I knew ya could.
Now, besides the obvious anti-Bush agenda what the fuck are these assholes doing? Teach about the subject that you are supposed to teach. Don't go and talk about this shit, That is the job of the parents. You are teachers. Teach about reading, writing, arithmetic, history and the shit you are supposed to teach. Don't go and indoctrinate my kindergartner into your fucked up political views. What the hell do you think that you're doing?
Now, in the school systems defense they did say that they invited President Bush and Colin Powel to speak hmm like they had no other pressing matters? They also said that they tried to find someone to take up the side of Bush but that they couldn't find anyone who would do so. Hmm, according to the latest poles the Presidents supporters out number his detractors by a fair margin and yet all they could find were Bush bashers and an anti-war crusader who refused to fight in desert storm as was his duty.
Lying sacks of shit!! Great public school system ya got in Oakland. Lying hypocrite brain washers who try to indoctrinate our kids into their political philosophy.
May a thousand Muslims stone you where you stand!

Since the shuttle blew up again the news is filled with reports of who is blaming whom. They replay the explosion constantly and report about the sickos who are selling shuttle parts on Ebay. Our national headlines are filled with articles about whether the space program will continue or not (as if it might not). Memorials were broadcast on the networks and talk shows continually discuss the fate of the space program.
All of these things were very touching and I do not fault anyone their feelings or their need for any of these things, which are very heeling and necessary for many. I myself was affected by their loss. I feel that the space program is a very daring an integral part of our nations future.
However, the newspapers and so many civilians and politicians have been referring to the astronauts as heroes. This, I take umbrage with. While the astronauts might be considered to be courageous explorers I do not believe that they are heroes. In fact, to call them heroes is an insult to so many of our true heroes.
I consider those who fought for our freedom from England as heroes. Those who fought in the civil war and WWI and WWII were heroes. Those men and women who served in Viet Nam and Korea were heroes, agree with those wars or not. Those men and women who served their countries so well in Desert Storm and so many other battles were heroes. And, yes, though it was their profession, those people who lost their lives trying to save people from the burning infernos of the twin towers were heroes.
Calling the astronauts who were completing a job that has become relatively routine heroes is demeaning to the true heroes of our nation. And our public officials who continually refer to the astronauts as heroes should be ashamed for they demean the acts of so many other real heroes.
It seems to me that the term hero is thrown around far too often. The miners who were trapped and then rescued were called heroes. Everyone who suffers through great peril is called a hero. They are not heroes and I think that it is time that we put things into their proper perspectives.
The astronauts who
lost their lives on the shuttle were not heroes. This does not lessen their
loss, for it was tragic. But, it is a fact. And I think it is time that we all
stopped trying to deify everyone who loses their life or suffers in grand fashion.

Patty Murray is at it again. How this idiot is a Senator is beyond me. First she blames the US for the terrorist attacks and now, n her latest statement, this twit had the nerve to say “Things have gotten worse.” regarding the economy. She points out that there are 2.5 million Americans who are unemployed and that the stock market is weak and that there are families with no health insurance and that Americans retirement is less secure.
Now, let me analyze this statement…
First off, the economy has been slowly recovering from the mess that it was already in when Bush took office. Interest rates are very low which allows people to take out sizable loans to purchase housing and to refinance their current homes. Most people that I know, and many polls indicate that the American public is gaining confidence in the economy. I myself have seen a sudden upturn in my own business, which is based entirely on commissions. Costs for products are down with the exception of oil. For you idiots out there oil is gasoline too. Anyone who has not seen an improvement in the economy must be blind or a left winger who hates Bush just because he is not a Democrat.
As far as people being unemployed goes, since when is it the job of the government to make jobs for people? The fact is that many of those out of work people are out of work because they choose to be. There is an ass load of people who make a life out of welfare. Which brings me to my next point that welfare is the biggest sham that the American public has foisted on them. Welfare is meant to keep people on welfare, for the most part. If you get a job you can’t get welfare and if you are welfare you can’t get a job. Good plan, you sons of bitches who get votes from those who need welfare.
As for the stock market being weak…hmm, lets see…wasn’t the market artificially inflated during Clinton’s watch? Didn’t the Enron thing take place during Clinton’s watch? Wasn’t it on it’s way down during Clinton’s watch? Didn’t it go down considerably after the 9-11 bombings? And didn’t we not respond to previous terrorist attacks during Clinton’s watch? Oh, and isn’t the market driven by consumers and not the government? Since when is the market the governments responsibility? What am I saying? It is when the government watchdogs aren’t doing their jobs…just like they didn’t during Clinton’s watch.
Now, on to the healthcare issue. Again, it is not the job of the government to get the citizens insurance. It is up to the people to get their own health care. Newsflash you stupid bitch: This is not a socialist nation! This is a democratic republic. Apparently you don’t know what that means. It means that the government is supposed to let us run our own lives. It doesn’t mean that they baby-sit us.
Finally, as far as retirement
goes…
It is not the government’s job to ensure that its citizens have a good
retirement plan. It is up to the citizens to provide that for themselves. Since
when is the government responsible for our own choices? It isn’t. Need
I remind you that the government’s job is to protect the borders and ensure
the public tranquility and not to make certain that everyone has cash?
In closing, I would like to say that Bush’s proposals ring very similar to those of JFK’s proposals regarding economic growth. I am very curious to know why they worked for JFK and why they will fail for Bush. Could it be because he is a Republican and not a Democrat? Could it be because the Democrats are hypocritical liars? I sure think so.
Patty…you should be ashamed of yourself.
As our left wing population continues pushing its anti-Bush stance forward by opposing the possibility of war with Iraq I continue my everlasting quest to find out as much information as I can on the whole Iraq situation.
I find it rather interesting, after finding some interesting information on Iraq, that more people aren’t for toppling the rule of Saddam Hussein. The more information on him that I read the more reason that I see for invading Iraq and killing Hussein.
One thing that very few people know about is his destruction of marshlands in Iraq, which in turn is destroying a people called the Madan or Marsh Arabs. You see, Hussein has tapped the water sources for the marshlands, which has virtually drained it. This has been causing the extinction of the Madan since their source of water and life is slowly being siphoned away. Rather a slow genocide, if you will.
Now, I have to wonder where the public outcry is for these people. I must wonder why Americans are willing to go to Iraq and act like human shields for a country whose leader is killing off a whole group of Arabs. These are the same people who decry the killing of the American Indian. These are the same people who are demanding restitution for black slavery. These are the same people who claim that invading Iraq will be murdering thousands of innocent Iraqis. And yet they aren’t outraged that Hussein is murdering the innocent peoples of the marshland in Iraq. In fact, they are protecting him while accusing our own president of murder and genocidal tendencies.
Saddam Hussein’s draining of the marshlands has destroyed and nearly destroyed many different species of animal and plant that relies on it for life. Nearly every time I open the newspaper here I see some report about animal rights activists protesting over some gopher that was run over by a tractor. I read reports from so-called “Earth” groups on how terribly we treat our own marshlands. And then I wonder why these same people aren’t over in Iraq protecting those marshlands. Why is it that they disregard those parts of the world where the real destruction is taking place. Why would they protest so vehemently over a farmer killing an endangered gopher while ignoring the extinctions that are going on in Iraq’s wetlands?
Now, I am not going to answer the questions that I raised
with my typical smart assed answers. I am not going to answer these questions
at all. I don’t expect that anyone will have an answer for these questions.
Not one that can be proven – Not when facts don’t matter. However,
maybe, just maybe, this will get back to Martin Sheen and Barbara Streisand
and Mike Farrell and all of that bunch and make them think.
More to come...
