Why I Believe the Democrats are Racists Who Hate Mexicans The other day, in the paper, there was a report that IBM was likely to be moving jobs overseas, where they could get cheaper labor. A few days before that, there was something about another company doing the same thing, because they could pay lower wages and maximize profits. In fact, it seems like I read about this or that company contracting out to different countries to lower costs and increase profits every day. This is a common practice among business - lower costs and increase profits. It's how the system works. Part of the reason that costs are so much higher in the US is because of our minimum wage laws. As minimum wage increases, costs for manufacturing go up and profits go down. In fact, minimum wage makes the costs for the consumer go up, effectively lowering, percentage wise, the income of those who are paid above minimum wage. When minimum wage goes up, manufacturing costs go up. Then, the purchase price of products goes up. After the purchase price goes up, sales go down because less people can afford to buy the products. Eventually, what follows is a lower profit margin. This is followed by outsourcing or relocation of plants to other countries. Of course, this means that all the people who were once employed at the manufacturing facility are now unemployed. There is a large percentage of illegal immigrants who work in manufacturing facilities. Most perform menial duties along an assembly line and work in conditions that are not particularly great. It has been argued that these are jobs that most American citizens would not do. With few exceptions, these people are paid minimum wage salaries for minimum skill jobs. These people have little hope for a better job in the US since they are illegal residents and illegally employed. Unfortunately, for them, many of the companies that hire a lot of people at minimum wage salaries are beginning to outsource or move their manufacturing to facilities overseas. Because of this, many illegal immigrants will, soon, face unemployment. And with so many minimum wage jobs moving overseas most illegal immigrants will have little hope of finding employment in this country and will no longer be able to support their families. But who is to blame for this spiral? Clearly, those people who constantly push for and pass higher minimum wage laws.

But who are they? The members of the Democratic Party; This group is constantly fighting for increased minimum wages, thus injuring the well being of the illegal immigrants, mostly from Mexico, who are trying to earn an honest wage for an honest days work.

And that is why I believe that the Democratic Party is an organization of racists who hate Mexicans! They may as well be wearing white sheets and carrying torches! Who are they going to lynch next?
