Tonight, at a mixed martial arts competition in Arizona, Tommy Morrison won his debut fight. Sadly, he lost his battle to retain his manhood.
Apparently, Tommy misunderstood exactly what "mixed martial arts" means. Stipulations in the contract he agreed to eliminated his opponent from employing grappling. Then, an hour before the fight was to take place, his opponent was informed that he was also prohibited from using his feet or knees in the fight.
Guess what? That made the bout a boxing match. Worse, the gloves worn for striking in an MMA match are only five ounces. Let's see…a former heavyweight champion (albeit a paper champion), going into a mixed martial arts match where mixed martial arts aren't allowed. How brave of you, Tommy, you fucking coward.
I have an idea for Tommy's next match. He could fight crippled girl scouts.
