The Matrix Albino Loaded
No sooner had the Matrix Reloaded come out than a group found a reason to be pissed at it. It seems that the two albino looking guys from the movie have set off the National Organization for Albinism and Hypopigmentation.
They claim that ''For the last 40 years filmmakers have used albino characters as villains, and they're almost always vicious, inhuman characters, depicted as freaks”. So, I just thought that I would go out of my way to make fun of them.
First of all, they are not always depicted as vicious. For a reference see that stupid movie Powder. The albino in that movie was not vicious. He was just sensitive! He was a sensitive albino who had an incredible power, which he misused for good instead of evil. Evil makes for a much better movie.
As for being inhuman – if the character is inhuman what are the albinos pissed at? There is nothing to bitch about. Bitch about human albinos not inhuman albinos. Let the inhuman albinos bitch about them. They're the ones with the bitch to pitch.
As for being freaks: Freak is defined in the dictionary as “A thing or occurrence that is markedly unusual or irregular”, or “An abnormally formed organism, especially a person or animal regarded as a curiosity.” Last time I looked albino’s fit both of those definitions pretty well. If you fit the definition, why are you bitching?
Now, despite all definitions no one even thinks of albinos as evil or mean (even though they are). And there is no movement to segregate them from the public. Even the Ku Klux Klan doesn’t hate them. Hell, the Klan might even aspire to be them. They wouldn't even need sheets.
Anyway, to put all of this into perspective: You’re getting pissed off at a movie – a non-real depiction of some ones imagination. So, get over it already. Grow the fuck up and get off of your high horse. Settle down in the theatre and watch the flick. It isn’t real and nobody believes that all albinos are vicious killers (even though they are).
